Navigating the Peaks and Valleys Along the Unfinished Journey
About The Weekend
Why does the journey of life present us with such tremendous highs and lows along the way? While we can speculate on this existential question, one thing is certain: Reliance on God to navigate the chaos of our daily lives is essential if we want to avoid ultimate ruin. Leaning on our faith and relationships with one another is critical during challenging circumstances.
Come join us in Monterey as we get some fresh air, get to know each other better, and engage with Scott Walchek on this topic. If not for his reliance on the Holy Spirit, friends, family and faith, Scott would be an altogether different person. We are excited to have Scott share his personal story and insights on navigating life’s peaks and valleys. Scott’s journey is incredible and, as he will share, is still very much unfinished. Come experience how and why he feels so blessed – no matter what – and why we should, too. You won’t want to miss it!
Set on a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, Asilomar is a perfect spot for a retreat with miles of walking paths, lush, open expanses and inspiring natural surroundings. There is ample opportunity for friendship building or quiet self-exploration…oh, and some fast-paced Dodgeball where participation is optional, but encouraged.
Registration will be opening soon!
