At this week’s energy group gathering, we were blessed to have Nick Rama of Hoving House share with us.
Nick grew up in the Catskill Mountains working alongside his father and mother in a small family run restaurant. He attended SUNY Cortland, played varsity football, concentrated in athletic training, and graduated with a degree in Physical Education. Upon graduation from college Nick married Betsy and in his early 20’s was given the opportunity to own a small family market in Bedford Hills, NY. Under an apprenticeship to his uncle, he learned to become an artisan butcher… Yes, that’s right, a butcher…
