Brian Hanse is a Managing Partner in the law firm of Hanse Anderson LLP. With over 25 years experience, he represents individuals and families on a variety of sensitive and complex estate, trust and charitable planning matters. He is a frequent participant at the Heckerling Institute of Estate Planning sponsored by the University of Miami School of Law. Brian previously served as a CPA in the New York City office of Price Waterhouse Coopers.
Brian is a founding boardmember of both the Bergen County and Summit Chapters of the New Canaan Society. He serves on the President’s Circle Committee of Cornell University and also serves on the boards of several Christian organizations including Ron Hutchcraft Ministries and Street2Street, a ministry of Athletes in Action.
Brian is a graduate of Calvin College (Grand Rapids, MI) with a B.A. in Business. He holds an M.B.A. from Cornell University’s (Ithaca, NY) SC Johnson Graduate School of Management and a J.D. from Seton Hall Law School (Newark, NJ). Brian and his wife Kathy have three sons and reside in Pompton Plains, NJ.
