Dave Swanson is a co-founder of the New Canaan Society (NCS) Fairfield chapter, the first split-off group in Connecticut from the original, founding NCS New Canaan. Dave has a passion for prayer and helping guys do life. He is committed to reaching the next generation for Christ through Christian Service Brigade for Boys.
Dave will be speaking about forgiveness, and sharing an incredible story he revealed in a recent interview on Moody National Radio. Here’s a video clip of why Dave’s involved with the NCS movement today (open the webpage and click “Dave S” in the lefthand column). The clip is part of a new Global Media Outreach project with NCS, and many decisions for Christ have been made because of Dave’s bold testimony in this clip.
Dave lives in Westport with his wife of 26 years, Rebecca. They have been active at Black Rock Church for more than 18 years, and have two sons, Peter (21), a senior at Biola University, and David (25), who’s attending medical school at Wright State University. Dave is a graduate of the Ithaca College School of Business and serves as CEO of Optimus Companies, a marketing and development services firm located in Bridgeport, CT.
