Len Deo is the Founder and President of the New Jersey Family Policy Council (NJFPC) a public policy education and research group committed to the ideals of the nation’s founding fathers: the primacy of marriage, the family, free expression of faith, religious freedom, and the free enterprise system.
The Council promotes integrity and character in the leadership of New Jersey’s government, businesses, churches and families through 3 focus areas: Education (Preparing Leaders), Legislation (Promoting Values), Accountability (Keeping Elected Leaders Accountable). NJFPC is associated with Focus on the Family, the Family Research Council in Washington, DC, and the Alliance Defense Fund. A strong desire and dedication to pursue justice and righteousness energizes the Council.
In pursuit of the Council’s mission, Len has appeared on many local news programs, as well as Fox News Channel. His op-ed pieces have been carried in many New Jersey newspapers, including the Star-Ledger and Record of Bergen County.
Born in Newark and virtually a lifelong resident of Parsippany, Len has been active in business, community and church organizations over the past 35 years. He and wife Andrea have been happily married for 34 years and have three children, two married and three grandchildren.
