Waikiki “Kiki” Paulino: Fusing Profound Commercial Real Estate Acumen with Christian Faith-Driven Leadership for Comprehensive Impact
Waikiki Paulino, affectionately known as Kiki, is a dual force in commercial real estate development and Christian faith-based community service. Leveraging more than 25 years of experience, Kiki has managed projects with budgets totaling an inspiring $2.5 billion and has successfully overseen the construction of over 3.5 million square feet of commercial real estate. His business, CRE Construction Partners, is a leading light in the sector, representing Private Commercial Real Estate Investors, Family Offices, and Institutions across the United States.
Kiki’s educational background is equally robust, with a degree in Structural Engineering and Architectural Studies from New York City Technical College, a bachelor’s in Construction Management from Pratt Institute, and additional real estate master’s courses at New York University. His portfolio boasts transformative projects such as the Bear Sterns headquarters, the SEC headquarters, The Flatiron Building renovation, Baccarat Hotel, Waldorf Astoria Renovation, and NYACK College Jersey City Dorms, among others.
Having grown up facing the multifaceted challenges of Brooklyn, Kiki developed resilience and a commitment to community that have shaped him personally and professionally. These values shine through in his role as the non-profit founder of Kings in Christ, a men’s group based in Wyckoff, NJ, focusing on spiritual and personal development. He also leads a commercial real estate men’s mastermind group in NYC, a testament to his skill in merging professional expertise with a passion for community and mentorship.
Since finding salvation at the age of 26, Kiki has been unwavering in his devotion to Jesus Christ. He credits all his accomplishments to God’s grace and blessings upon his life. Currently, he is furthering his biblical studies and pastoral training, a pursuit that dovetails perfectly with his role as a trained chaplain and grief counselor. Kiki’s emotional intelligence and compassionate leadership make him a dynamic force for positive change.
He is steadfastly committed to generational wealth-building, community enhancement, and, most importantly, helping individuals find their purpose in both spiritual and material realms.
At the heart of Kiki’s life and ambitions lies a deep-rooted commitment to his family. As a loving husband to his wife Neivis and an attentive father to his two precious daughters, Angie and Celeste, Kiki embodies the family values that are central to the mission of Kings in Christ.
