OUR GUEST
Roger Jerome has spent the past 25 years in the banking industry, in London, Switzerland and the US. He has had a unique career having held CFO and COO roles at leading firms across both Investment banking and wealth management. He has led transformation teams in Tech, Finance, Operations and Trading/Prime Brokerage. He is currently responsible for overseeing the execution of the growth strategy for a division of UBS.
In 2007 Roger received Jesus as his savior. At the time he was a 300lbs alcoholic who smoked 2 packs of cigarettes a day and suffered from frequent panic attacks. Incredibly, God gave him victory over these issues within a short time, but there was one deep issue that remained hidden, and slowly manifested into a secret life of sin, that wreaked havoc on his life and nearly destroyed his family. However, through God’s abundant grace, and a committed journey of deep surrender, Roger now lives in total freedom, and is passionate about helping his brothers in Christ to find true victory.
Roger holds a master’s in Economics from the London School of Economics and an MBA in Finance from Wharton.
Roger is married to Australian born Vanessa, who is CEO of a private Christian Foundation, and Dad to their nine-year-old adopted Mexican daughter Lilly.
