On December 16, the brudders of NCS New Canaan gather IN-PERSON as a community of men for some fellowship and fun. We will welcome Reginald Jones, III, a Founder and Managing Partner of Greenbriar Equity Group and also a Founding member of Trinity Church (Greenwich).
Come join your brudders at the Ten Twenty Post Oyster Bar and Bistro.
- Breakfast begins at 6:30am.
- Meeting begins promptly at 7:00am and will conclude no later than 8:15am.
- Cover charge- $20
- As with all NCS events, attendance represents a commitment to honor our gatherings as a “safe place”–“everything said here stays here”. (It goes without saying that no cameras or recording devices are permitted.)

Reginald L. Jones, III, is a Founder and Managing Partner of Greenbriar Equity Group, a private equity firm leveraging sector specialization to make equity investments across the industrial economy, including in commercial aerospace and defense, automotive, freight transport, specialty distribution, logistics and related sectors. He is also a Founding member of Trinity Church (Greenwich).
Greenbriar’s core investment principles are to (1) invest in businesses with favorable strategic positions, attractive growth prospects and the opportunity to benefit from prevailing secular trends; (2) partner with high quality management teams who are motivated by being owners of the companies they operate; and (3) utilize Greenbriar’s domain expertise, extensive network of relationships and operational resources to enhance the performance of its portfolio companies. Greenbriar manages over $6.0 billion of capital for privately negotiated equity investments within its targeted sectors.
Prior to founding Greenbriar in 1999, Regg spent 13 years at Goldman Sachs where he was a Managing Director and Group Head of global transportation investment banking. Prior to Goldman Sachs, Regg worked as a consultant at Bain & Company.
Regg earned a B.A. from Williams College and an M.B.A. from the Harvard Business School.
Outside of work, Regg has been involved in many civic and faith-based organizations. A Founding member of Trinity Church (Greenwich), Regg has served in a variety of roles including nine years on the governing Council. Regg also serves on the Transportation Business Advisory Council at Northwestern University, an advisory Board of RAND Corporation and the mission-wide Board of Trustees for Young Life. Perhaps most importantly, Regg enjoyed coaching youth soccer for 16 years.
Regg resides in Riverside, CT and is married with four adult children.
