Terry Botwick shares his own faith journey and what he has come to believe after 30 years of trying to figure out how to integrate his work into his faith. He believes that engaging the culture through film is imperative for followers of Jesus Christ and can (and should) be profitable as well. Terry is committed to using “story” to communicate the nature of God, challenge people and bring lasting change. He is also committed to approaching culture-engaging filmmaking in a commercial way. In explaining the current market for “Christian films”, Botwick addresses what he believes to be some common misconceptions of evangelical Christians regarding films, including that film is an effective evangelistic tool and that “wholesome” and “Biblical” are the same thing.
