If you have been reading your local paper in the last few weeks, you will have seen articles about NCS New Canaan meetings prominently featured in the business section. CLICK HERE to view the most recent–an article about Mike Stallard, our speaker on November 5. Don’t miss it (and keep your eye on the news).
Stallard’s topic will be “Flourishing: Three Essential Elements of God’s Plan for Families, Communities, Organizations and Nations”. Stallard, who lives in Greenwich, says “Fairfield County is the wealthiest county in the wealthiest state in the wealthiest nation in the history of the world. Unfortunately, this is not necessarily good for those of us who live here because human beings typically don’t succeed well amidst plenty”.
In this inspiring, entertaining and practical talk, Stallard will explain the three essential elements in God’s plan that glorify Him and help people thrive in life, individually and collectively. Michael Stallard and Rev. Jason Pankau together have taught these principles at churches and leading organizations such as GE, Google, Johnson & Johnson, NASA and Yale New Haven Hospital through their ministry, Life Spring Network, and their leadership training, coaching and consulting firm, E Pluribus Partners, a consulting firm that specializes in helping leaders create “Connection Cultures” to form strong bonds among the management, employees and customers of an organization. Michael and Jason are co-authors of Fired Up or Burned Out (Thomas Nelson). They are guest lecturers at the University of Virginia’s Darden Graduate School of Business. Michael and Jason’s ideas have been published in thought leading periodicals worldwide and endorsed by leaders and thought leaders including Ret. U.S. Navy CNO Admiral Vern Clark, Marshall Goldsmith, Frances Hesselbien and Guy Kawasaki.
