Brian Lahoue is a businessman, pastor and author. Brian has over 20 years of management experience as a principal and in leadership roles that span sales, operations, marketing, and alliances. His first book, Deal With It!: How to Stop Running from People, Problems and Pressure, is about how and why to handle confrontation, improve your communication, and tackle tough people and situations.
As a curious lifelong learner and serial entrepreneur, Brian has a passion for personal development. Deal with It!, is the result of more than a decade of thought, research, and personal practice in multiple settings of work, calling, and personal relationships. Having founded, co-founded, and been an early member of multiple ventures in the tech sector, Brian has often faced high stakes conversations and conflicts in the workplace. Serving as an associate pastor, co-pastor, missionary, and pastor, Brian had to level with those facing difficulty or in need of advice, sometimes providing counsel they did not want to hear. As a believer, Brian has experienced the spiritual transformation that only Christ can bring to heal the heart of anger, bitterness, fear, and depression.
Brian graduated from Fitchburg State University with a Bachelor of Science in Business Management. Brian and his wife have four children, including one author, and live in Burlington, Massachusetts.
