Douglas Evans Coe has been associated with leadership in the nation’s capital since 1959.
For forty-two years he has been associated with the two groups in the U.S. Senate and U.S. House of Representatives, which plan and host the National Prayer Breakfast and related activities each year. These activities involve over 200 countries of the world.
Mr. Coe is a member of the Planning Committee for the National Student Leadership Forum on Faith and Values. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Williamette University. Mr. Coe is married, and he and his wife, Jan, are the parents of 6 children and have twenty-one grandchildren.
