Joe Kissack is an authority on content delivery; the historical changes; current trends; emerging platforms; and the converging narrative of massive shifts in distribution of what we used to call “television”. He is the founding principal of Relevance Shift and Ezekiel 22 Productions and is a collaborative professional who accelerates ideas into action around reaching relevant audiences, with relevant content, across relevant platforms. At Sony Pictures he worked on dozens of nationally syndicated television shows, including the multibillion-dollar assets of “Seinfeld” and hundreds of motion pictures. He was CEO of the content generating How Stuff Works and a Partner of the award-winning storytelling publisher, August House.
Kissack is an author, screenwriter, producer, and speaker. Random House released his first book, The Fourth Fisherman, in which he weaves together the true story of the struggles in his life’s journey, and his interactions with the Tres Pescadores, three Mexican fisherman that drifted 5,500 miles across the Pacific Ocean for nearly a year, surviving on raw fish, rainwater, and their faith in God. In July 2012, Book Page named The Fourth Fisherman “a must read”.
Kissack is a speaker, and a frequent guest on local and national broadcasts with appearances from coast to coast on NBC ABC CBS, Fox.
