Michael Lee Stallard is an expert on the relationship aspects of leadership and organizational culture. He is President and Co-founder of the leadership training, coaching and consulting firm, E Pluribus Partners, and the primary author of Fired Up or Burned Out. Mike was formerly Chief Marketing Officer for the private wealth management businesses at Morgan Stanley and Charles Schwab.
Mike is on the faculty of the Institute for Management Studies, where he teaches leaders across the U.S. and Europe how to develop high-performance, life-giving “Connection Cultures.” He frequently speaks and teaches at a wide variety of organizations including Google, Greenwich High School, M.D. Anderson Cancer Center and NASA. At Texas Christian University (TCU), Mike and his colleagues are helping create the TCU Center for Connection Culture. Mike also serves as a fellow of the Trinity Institute for Spiritual Formation and a director of Life Spring Network, a Christian discipleship ministry.
Mike and his wife, Katie, have two grown daughters.
