Nick Hall is the founder and primary evangelist for PULSE, a Twin Cities, Minn.-based ministry leading the largest student-led prayer and outreach efforts in America. At age 30, Hall’s burning is to “awaken culture to the reality of Jesus.” Traveling as a youth communicator since 2001, Nick has had the opportunity to speak at hundreds of events while receiving hands-on training from some of the most influential Christian leaders of our day.
As a voice to the next generation, his passions include student-led prayer movements, leadership training, evangelism, and discipleship. Nick is regularly featured as a speaker for student conferences, training events, and festivals around the country, including the Winter Jam Tour Spectacular of 2012 and 2013, which had the largest attendance of any music tour in the world.
Nick launched PULSE after writing an English paper his junior year at North Dakota State University (NDSU) about how to reach the younger generation with the message of Jesus. Since being enlightened by this research in 2006, the PULSE movement has spread to campuses and communities across the nation with tens of thousands attending events each year.
Nick serves on the executive committee of the Proclamation Evangelism Network, the student advisory team for the Billy Graham Evangelistic Association (BGEA), and is one of four Partner Evangelists with the Luis Palau Association. Nick has been the feature emcee of BGEA’s “Rock the River Tour” the past four summers as well as keynote speaker and trainer at the biggest Christian music festivals in the Midwest – Lifelight, Sonshine and Lifest. Nationally Nick has been brought in by Premier Festivals to speak at festivals across the nation. In addition, Nick was a keynote speaker at NRB 2013.
Nick has been tagged as an emerging international voice in the cause of evangelism. In the fall of 2010, Nick was invited to be one of 4,000 delegates from around the world to attend the Lausanne Global Congress on World Evangelism in Cape Town, South Africa. In the spring of 2011, Nick was welcomed to the National Facilitation Committee for the Mission America Coalition (MAC), the United States’ arm of the Lausanne Movement. Nick is the youngest committee member by more than 20 years.
He has been featured on major radio and television networks including the Christian Television Network, the Christian Broadcasting Network, The Christian Post, FOXnews.com. MORF Magazine and KARE 11 News in Minneapolis. Nick has interviewed live from the UNITE National Day of Prayer Event in May of 2012, which aired on Moody Broadcasting’s “One Cry” show, and has been featured in articles published by Christianity Today, Decision Magazine, and Baptist Press.
Nick is married to his best friend, Tiffany; they live in Minneapolis, Minn.. They had their first child Truett in July 2012. Nick has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration from NDSU, and a master’s in Leadership and Christian Thought from Bethel Seminary
