Scott Beck

Scott Beck is the co-founder and CEO of Gloo, a software company that provides Champions a digital platform to help people grow in relationship, spirit and wellness.  He is also a Partner and Vice Chairman of Pacific Dental Services, the largest locally-branded Dental Service organization in the U.S. with 1,000 offices in 35 states.

As a leading technology innovator, Gloo connects people, partners, world-class content, funding opportunities and more to help ministry achieve their goals and change more lives. Gloo’s platform connects a diverse range of donors, resource partners, networks, churches, recovery centers and the people across the country. One way Gloo connects is through outreach ads, content, prayer and events run by Gloo’s campaign partners. Gloo enables cooperative outreach by partnering with a wide range of campaign partners, including K-LOVE and He Gets Us.

Scott has spent 40 years learning about scaling businesses.  Some of his experience is as follows: Vice Chairman and COO of Blockbuster Entertainment Corp, store 1 thru 7,000, sold to Viacom in 1994; Chairman and CEO of Boston Market Inc; Founder and Chairman of Einstein/Noah Bagel Corp; Founding Investor and Board member of Ancestry.com; Founder Investor and Board member in HomeAdvisors.com; Partner and investor in over 50 venture technology companies; Founder and CEO of Waldo’s Dollar Mart De Mexico; Partner and Vice Chairman of Pacific Dental Services; Served as board member and advisor to many Not-For-Profit enterprises over the past 35 years in the education, amateur sport, and family ecosystems.

Scott is married to Theresa, a professional artist, teacher, and seasoned beekeeper.  They are the proud parents of four amazing adult children—Logan, Hannah, Rachel, and Emma—and happily reside in beautiful Boulder, Colorado.
