Tom McGehee is the President and CEO of The WildWorks Goup. WildWorks is a company that works with Fortune 500 corporations to help them create “Results-based Conversations,” which is a process Tom developed to collaboratively solve complex situations and engage an entire organization in the acceleration of business results. Tom’s company is also partnering with The Drucker Institute to apply his proprietary methodology to Peter Druckers’ writings to create a new self-led manager training curriculum.
Tom and his company also work with a number of churches and not-for-profit organizations including Leadership Network and Halftime, World Vision, and the Willow Creek Association. Tom personally leads a collaborative group of international pastors in exploring opportunities to fulfill the Great Commission in non-Christian countries.
Tom has worked for several large corporations and is a former Partner with Ernst & Young Consulting. Prior to entering the business world, Tom was an officer in the US Marines where he had a variety of assignments including command of Special Operations Capable units and security at Camp David.
Tom maintains a blog entitled Tom McGehee-A Man Surrendering. Tom writes, “As a man, and as a former Marine, the idea of surrender conjures up a great deal of emotions for me including weakness, and failure. Yet, as a Christian, a slave of Christ, I am learning that the greatest abundance in life is when we live it fully surrendered to God. “
Tom and his wife Elaine live in Plano, Texas. They have four children and one grandchild.
