Dr. Chip Roper serves as the chair of the NCS National Board as well as leading the Manhattan Chapter in New York City. Chip is the Chief Solutions Officer and Commercial Real Estate Practice Leader of RKE Partners, where he and his team help companies build the leaders they need for a profitable future. He is also the President of the VOCA Center, a nonprofit driven to help Christians find better work by connecting God’s wisdom, power, and presence with their on-the-job lives through resources and programs. Chip has been married to his wife, Audrey, for 38 years and is the proud father of three grown daughters, with two sons-in-law, two grandchildren, and one dog; he lives in Long Island City, Queens, New York.
