Larry Hartmann is the CEO of ZRG Partners, one of the fastest-growing global talent advisory firms in the executive search industry. A seasoned entrepreneur and business leader, Larry has spent his career building and scaling organizations while helping companies and leaders reach their full potential. Before joining ZRG, Larry founded and scaled multiple businesses, including Rockford Industries, a commercial lending company focused on the medical device industry. Under his leadership, the firm grew from a startup into an Inc. 500 growth company, ultimately going public on NASDAQ and later being acquired by American Express, where Larry served as an Executive Vice President. Alongside his business leadership, Larry has developed a passion for integrating timeless faith principles with practical leadership and organizational success. He is the author of The 7 Pillars of Inspired Leadership, a book that explores leadership through the example and teachings of Jesus, translating those principles into practical guidance for leaders in business, nonprofit organizations, and everyday life. Larry is also the author of Oddly Unjust, a creative exploration of faith through the metaphor of the O.J. Simpson trial. Through his writing and speaking, he challenges audiences to consider how faith, integrity, and purpose can shape both personal leadership and organizational culture. In addition to his business and writing, Larry founded the 10x Leadership Experience, a leadership development initiative that equips nonprofit leaders with tools to scale their impact and strengthen their organizations.
