Mason Rutledge is a community activist, coach, and national writer and speaker based in Everett Wash. He formerly served as the national CEO of the New Canaan Society. He is currently the President Emeritus of C3 Leaders, Principle Consultant at Grand Avenue Consulting and President of Red Door Investments. Mason is also chaplain for the Everett Silvertips, major junior hockey. Mason’s passion for integrated and inclusive living extends to his civic and volunteer work. He is a longtime board member of KIROS, a faith-at-work network in the Puget Sound region and serves on the Equity and Access Council for Everett Public Schools. His leadership has helped raise over $1 million for Everett High School. He holds a Master of Divinity from Fuller Theological Seminary and a bachelor’s degree from Washington State University’s Edward R. Murrow School of Communication. Mason has taught as an adjunct professor at Western Seminary in Oregon and African Theological Seminary in Tanzania. He is also the author of Memorize This! (NavPress), with a new study, God Moves, forthcoming. Mason and his wife, Brenda, are proud parents of three married children and grandparents to four. He finds joy in cooking, skiing, and spending time at their mountain home
