Paul Michalski is the founder of Integrous LLC, a law firm providing integrity advice and legal counsel to help faithful leaders lead with faithful integrity along a four-step path toward Biblical flourishing. Since January 2020 he has been writing a weekly blog about the integration of faith and work (www.integriosity.com)’ Paul became involved with the New Canaan Society in October 2003. (The story of how Paul found NCS is described in the book Miracles by NCS co-founder Eric Metaxas.) Paul has been leading NCS New Canaan (the founding Chapter of NCS) since September 2007 and is considered a member of the NCS National Leadership Team. He previously served as Acting President of NCS, a member of the NCS Board of Directors, a member of the NCS Management Committee and as Corporate Secretary of NCS. Prior to founding Integrous, Paul was a partner with Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP, a New York City-based law firm, and for over 22 years practiced corporate law in New York and London. Since leaving Cravath in 2009, he has been giving his time to a number of non-profits, including the New Canaan Society, Scripture@Work (FiFS), Cities Project Global, Praxis, Christian Legal Society, the Luis Palau Association, Christian Union, Movement Day, Young Life, FCA, Benjamin Franklin House Foundation, New York Law Institute, Life Line Chaplaincy, and several others. Paul graduated from Harvard College, magna cum laude, in 1983 and Harvard Law School, magna cum laude, in 1986. He and his wife Lisa live in Darien, CT and have two adult children who live and work nearby in Manhattan.
