Ryan Lampa is drawn to the margins, where people feel overlooked and stuck, and where hope needs to be lived, not just spoken. From a young age, he has felt a calling to help others see beyond their circumstances and step into something more. After years of managing concert tours around the world, Ryan found himself rooted in Nashville, launching grassroots efforts that have grown into one of the city’s largest homeless outreaches. As Founder and CEO of People Loving Nashville, he leads with a faith inspired by Jesus and a conviction that real transformation happens when people show up with their hearts, their hands, and a willingness to step into the story. Ryan is also passionate about launching businesses and social enterprises that create opportunity, dignity, and sustainable pathways forward. When he is not serving or leading, he is usually found with a good cup of coffee or a fine cigar, standing in a quiet river with a fly rod, listening for what God might be saying next.
